    What You’ll Be Doing:

    • Handling maintenance, repairs, and inspections across all sorts of sites

    • Getting your hands dirty with a variety of plumbing work

    • Supporting and mentoring apprentices and fellow plumbers

    • Building great relationships with clients and delivering top-notch service

    • Maintaining accurate records of work performed and materials used

Lead Commercial Plumber

  • We are seeking an experienced Lead Commercial Plumber to oversee and carry out plumbing works on commercial projects. In this role, you will lead on-site plumbing teams, coordinate daily activities, and ensure all work is completed to a high standard, on time, and in accordance with relevant codes and safety requirements.

    You will be responsible for interpreting plans and specifications, solving on-site technical issues, and ensuring smooth communication between site supervisors, project managers, and other trades. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will also actively participate in plumbing installation, maintenance, and repair work.

    • Solid experience in commercial plumbing

    • Confidence leading or supervising a team on site

    • Good knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and safe work practices

    • Ability to read and work from plans and drawings

    • A practical, problem-solving mindset

    • Strong communication skills - you can talk to anyone on site

    • A can do attitude and willingness to help others grow

    • Valid driver’s license + White Card

    • Comfortable working in active construction environments
