What You’ll Be Doing:
Handling maintenance, repairs, and inspections across all sorts of sites
Getting your hands dirty with a variety of plumbing work
Supporting and mentoring apprentices and fellow plumbers
Building great relationships with clients and delivering top-notch service
Maintaining accurate records of work performed and materials used

We are seeking an experienced Lead Commercial Plumber to oversee and carry out plumbing works on commercial projects. In this role, you will lead on-site plumbing teams, coordinate daily activities, and ensure all work is completed to a high standard, on time, and in accordance with relevant codes and safety requirements.
You will be responsible for interpreting plans and specifications, solving on-site technical issues, and ensuring smooth communication between site supervisors, project managers, and other trades. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will also actively participate in plumbing installation, maintenance, and repair work.

What You’ll Need:
Plumbing trade qualification and current registration
Solid experience in commercial plumbing
Confidence leading or supervising a team on site
Good knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and safe work practices
Ability to read and work from plans and drawings
A practical, problem-solving mindset
Strong communication skills - you can talk to anyone on site
A can do attitude and willingness to help others grow
Valid driver’s license + White Card
Confident using apps/job tracking software on your phone
Comfortable working in active construction environments
